Dear Family, Please review our parent drop-off/pick-up procedures. We would like eve- ryone to follow these to insure student safety. If you are using the back loop you will be given a car symbol with a number on it. We ask that it is displayed hanging from your rear view mirror. Please note if you do not have a number in your vehicle or your student doesn’t have their number on their backpack you will be required to park and sign your student out in the cafeteria. You will also need your identification. All students must en- ter and exit vehicles on the passenger side only. Parents walking students in should park in the north lot and enter the front lobby entrance. Parents must remain in the front lobby with their stu- dent until sent down to begin the day. at 8:25 a.m. This is when teachers will be in the classrooms. We ask that parents do not go down to class- rooms in the morning or afternoon. Thank you for helping our staff to stay focused on our students. All students will be released through the front lobby, JRE cafeteria, or back loop. Student safety is a top priority. If you need to talk to your child’s teacher please call or email them to arrange a meeting. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Sincerely, Mrs. Farnan/Principal Ms. Kim Ortiz/Assistant Principal NOTE: The official school day is 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Students arriving late or leaving early will have this noted in their attendance.
