Hinchcliff House is one of Circular Quay’s most historic buildings,
previously a wool store dating back to the 1860s and has been
respectfully and meticulously restored. It now houses multiple bar
and restaurant experiences that aim to provide quality, generosity,
comfort and enjoyment, and champion Australian produce,
ingredients and products through a decidedly Italian lens.
APO LLONIA BAR
Apollonia
Apollonia is home to old-world romantic escapism through cocktails,
drinks and good times. Housed in a Sicilian bandit’s drinking den,
it’s a basement venue paying homage to Apollonia – the patroness of
The Godfather novel. A history-laden subterranean site in the heart of
Sydney, the bar boasts an extensive spirits list, flowing cocktails and a
rambunctious attitude. This venue offers fun, excitement and escapism
with its underground Italian scene.

of warmth and genuineness exists. An all-day bustling dining hub for breakfast,
lunch and dinner, Grana is the daily “go-to” and caters for everyone at any time.
The Wool Store is the perfect function area for breakfast meetups, monthly
meetings and groups celebrating various events. We cater from early morning
right through to post theatre.

Lana is the lively, jaunty restaurant on the first floor of Hinchcliff House.
Vibrant, colourful and textural, it feels energetic and mischievous with
the music a touch louder and the lights a little lower. It’s a dining experience
with sharing and generosity at its core. This sparkling space is the jewel for
all functions from brand launches to birthdays. Our seasonally driven menu
creates individual, curated experiences for each event from a sit down function
to cocktail and canapes.

wooden beams and original windows which stream natural light will be the
mark of any event. Hired as a dry hire, our team at Hinchcliff can also organise
all styling to create the perfect event. With a capacity of 170 people for a
sit down event and stand up functions, this little gem in the city with its
worldly charm will suit an array of events from masquerade balls to black
and white film screenings. With our amazing menus from Grana, Lana and
Apollonia and its very own bar, you will have everything you need for a
