WEDDINGS BY MIMOSA Congratulations on your engagement! Organising such a special & important day can be initially quite overwhelming. At Mimosa we do our utmost to make it a stress free experience which results in a day that suits you both down to the ground. We aim to make our wedding menus affordable & easy to understand. We will never put pressure on you to have three courses when you just want one or two & there is no pressure to use our staff or buy our drinks, although we would be very happy if you did! We don’t charge for glassware or bar kit if you buy your drinks from Mimosa or nor do we charge for corkage if you decide to buy your own. Every wedding is bespoke & as such the costings for each is different. While consultation, event management services & delivery & collection to South London addressees are complimentary, every venue has varying facilities which has an impact on the menu & cost. Average prices for 50 people or more are: — A two course meal with full day’s staffing, crockery, linen, canapés & an evening snack at a venue with a full commercial kitchen & furniture will cost around £85 per person. — For a more informal option, a hot buffet with staffing for 5 hours, crockery & linen )for the buffet table only) would be approximately £42 per person. — For an unstaffed cold luxury sharing buffet, including your meal delivery only, it would be around £25 per person. We are more than happy to cater to smaller weddings but our pricing and menus will be slightly different (not necessarily more per person - we just have to make sure your menu is suited to the facilities available). Please get in touch to get an individual quote. We are happy to cater to all but the strictest dietary requirements. The menus below are just to give you an idea of the style of food we love to cook that would fit into the budgets mentioned above. For each wedding we will design our offering to suit both you & your venue perfectly. After we settle on an initial idea we will organise a romantic tasting in one of our branches after closing to ensure you are in love with your chosen menu. SEATED TWO COURSE MENUS These menus can also adapted to serve family style. We find many couples don’t require a dessert option along with their cake but if you do our desserts options are below. These serviced menus start from £55 per person. FAMILY STYLE MENU This style of menu is perfect for a more relaxed wedding, served as sharing plates for each table or on a buffet. Menus start from £25 per person for an unserviced event. Hot & cold mains can be combined with seasonal salads & sides to create a vibrant & informal meal. An example of a family style menu is below. OTHER MEALS & DRY HIRE FACILITIES The way you organise your day is completely up to you & we have a full range of other menus that you might want to have in addition to your main meal. Our events team is more than happy to help you plan your timings & meal plan. EVENING SNACKS & CANAPÉS We have a range of seasonal canapés menus starting at £9 per person. You can also add on an evening snack menu from £5 per person. Two examples are below: A selection of the following (2 per person) — Chicken or Vegetable Moroccan Briouats — Toulouse Sausage & Dijon mustard rolls — Mini jackets potatoes served with chive crème fraîche — Single serving crudité selection with tzatziki or hummus OR — Antipasti and cheese boards served with a crusty baguette selection DESSERTS & CHEESEBOARDS We have a wide selection & can suggest choices that match your menu & atmosphere.Some favourites are Eton mess, our French style lemon tart, peach creme brûlée & Italian Tiramisu. Dessert canapés from £2, full size desserts from £4.50 & dessert tables from £5, all price per person. We can also provide tea & coffee from £4 per person which includes all equipment & crockery DRY HIRE VENUES If your venue has no kitchen facilities and no furniture then we are happy to provide this but is will add a little onto your bill. Every menu and venue is a little different but a rough guide is below — Kitchen equipment rental for a hot buffet for 60: £350 — Kitchen equipment rental for a full service: £600 — Tables/ chairs: £10 to £14 per person, dependent on layout & table sizes. Our bills are fully itemised so you can see exactly what each product costs.
