The Revive Garden 2019 Venue Pricing, Catering, and Coordination Options General Information: The Revive Garden is a rustic outdoor wedding venue located within walking distance of Lake Tahoe, on the South Shore. The picturesque garden is filled with towering pine trees that make it an idyllic private setting. Our facilities offer a casual elegance with the beauty of the outdoors and allows host and guests to easily relax and simply enjoy the occasion. Please look over our venue’s pricing, offerings, and catering options to determine what will best suit your event’s needs. It is our goal at Revive to help you create a memorable experience with quality service. We don’t want to just meet your expectations, we strive to constantly exceed them. Contact us (info@revivecoffeewine.com) to request an event quote and reserve your date! Space Rental: The Revive Garden requires a 2 hour minimum booking. Space rental does not include staffing, equipment, food or beverage services. There is also a $1,500 minimum to book the Revive Garden (excluding tax and service charges). This minimum however, does not apply to wedding ceremonies. The Revive Garden can accommodate 100 guests seated and 120 cocktail style. The entire facility can accommodate 150 guests. The entire facility rental is required for parties of more than 80 guests. *The Revive Garden is an outdoor venue, and therefore, Revive Coffee & Wine does not take responsibility for inclement weather or event delays. The Revive Garden: The Revive Garden can provide a casual setting for your event. The space rental fee, along with the space itself, includes black wrought iron tables and chairs for 50, two wine barrel buffet tables, and a bar (if desired). Monday - Thursday Friday & Saturday Sunday *Special weekday rate of $400 $500 per Hour $650 per Hour $625 Per Hour per hour from 10:00 AM to $2000 for 4 Hours $2600 for 4 Hours $2500 for 4 Hours 1:00 PM Monday through Thursday. The Entire Facility (Garden, Café, and Front Lawn): Monday - Thursday Friday - Sunday $4000 for 4 Hours $4500 for 4 Hours $4500 for 5 Hours $5000 for 5 Hours Wedding Ceremony Package: $2000 for 2 hours space rental, 75 white samsonite chairs, and champagne toast. Catering Options: Revive offers a fixed selection of catering options that can add an elegant touch to your event. Certain menu items are subject to seasonal availability; we will offer substitutions if products are unavailable or are not up to our level of quality. Due to fluctuating food costs, all prices are subject to change. Our menu items include disposable white sugarcane paper plates, disposable wooden utensils and white paper napkins. Revive allows outside catering by licensed/permitted caterers only. If you are in need of recommendations, we are happy to assist you in your catering selection. Beverage Packages: Revive Coffee & Wine has a wide selection of house, premium, and deluxe wines available, as well as, local craft beer available in bottles or kegs. Revive also provides select fermented spirits for craft cocktails, please inquire as to availability. We are more than happy to assist you in quantity/selection. The following prices apply to staffing, set-up, tear-down and clean up. Tax and a 20% service charge will be an additional charge. *Beer and nonalcoholic beverages must be purchased through Revive Coffee & Wine. *No hard liquor allowed on the premises. Cash Bar/Consumption Bars: Revive Coffee & Wine offers the option of a fully hosted, a partially hosted, or a cash bar with a set selection of beer and wine. Included in the bar fee is ice, plasticware, and staffing. Glassware is available upon request for an additional charge of $3.00 per guest. $275.00 Staff and setup fee per bar $125.00 Per addition bartender *An additional bartender is required for parties of 80 or more Champagne & Service: Price based on type of champagne and glassware selected. Sparkling cider is also available. Mimosa Bar: $10 per person includes fresh fruit selection, juice varieties, and plasticware. Coffee Service Station: $3.50 per person includes freshly roasted Regular and Decaffeinated Coffee, Half & Half, Sugar in the Raw, and Truvia. Basic Beverage Station: $2.00 per person includes Lemonade, Infused Water, and plasticware (flat rate per person). Corkage Fee: A corkage fee of $20.00 per bottle is required for wine and champagne brought onto the premises. Beer must be purchased through Revive Coffee & Wine. Additional Services: Day of Coordination: Starting at $750 Let our experienced staff make your day all you have dreamed it could be. Our on-site coordinator will make sure the entire event runs smoothly leaving you to simply enjoy yourself (wedding and reception set up, ceremony coordination, vendor coordination, organization and scheduling of reception events). Serving Staff: If you desire serving staff for your event, Revive charges $18.00/hr. per server. Cake Cutting: $1.50 per person includes white sugar cane paper plates, silver disposable forks and white napkins. Equipment Rentals and Venue Table Setting Options: **All Prices Subject to Change** Let Revive take care of it for you! Equipment rentals can be arranged through us. There is a $150 labor charge for set-up and break down of all rental equipment in addition to a $50 delivery fee. Tents: Please inquire as to availability and pricing. Payments: Deposit: Revive Coffee & Wine requires a deposit of $1000.00 to reserve the requested space for the date and time of your event. The deposit will be applied to the final bill. All deposits are nonrefundable. Final Payment: The final payment and guest count is required 14 days prior to the event. The guest count may not decrease but may increase up to 5 days in advance. Any overdue payments will be subject to a 5% late fee. Cancellation: Revive Coffee & Wine is not responsible for inclement weather or event party delays. If cancellation should occur, written notice is required and must be submitted 60 days prior for a refund to be considered. If a cancellation occurs 12 days or less prior to the event, the client will be responsible for all charges in full. If the client does not show for the scheduled event, the client will be responsible for all charges in full. Sales tax of 7.75% and a 20% service charge will apply to all prices listed. !
