Flight & Luggage Information: If you provide your flight information 90 days in advance, we will supply you with Disney luggage tags (You will attached them to your luggage, check your luggage at the airport and it will arrive in your hotel room) When you arrive in Orlando, you just need to board the Disney Magical Express to your hotel. Your bags will magically arrive. (Don’t forget to pack a light carry-on with things you need from the time you depart Cleveland until later that afternoon / evening. i.e. bathing suit, sun screen, medications, park passes valuables etc.) If you fly and do not have Disney luggage tags, you can pick up your bags in the baggage claim area and proceed to the Disney Express. ** Guests traveling by air will be responsible to make their airline arrangements and provide detailed flight itinerary information to chuck.ingrassia@olmstedperformingarts.com DEADLINE: NO LATER THAN JULY 1, 2018. Travelers using other forms of transportation will check in at the hotel with their luggage. 4
Hotel: Upon your arrival at the hotel, please register at the front desk. Your room will be pre assigned. If your room is not ready you may use the pool, transportation, and other Disney Property activities; including any of the theme parks or waterparks. If you wish to be roomed near or with another OPA traveler you must, make that request when making your reservation. Special needs for hotel accommodations such as ADA, cribs, and such must be made at the time of your reservation. Requests cannot be guaranteed. About your hotel options: You may choose from the Pop Century Value Resort or the Polynesian Resort Hotel. There is a significant difference in pricing between the two hotels. We have found that the two choices provided were pleasing to past OPA travelers and the most convenient resorts with regards to location and transportation schedules. About the Polynesian: The Polynesian Deluxe Resort was one of the first two hotels built on Disney Property and maintains the same tropical ambience today as it did then. Past OPA travelers have never regretted at making this choice. It’s atmosphere, swimming pools, beaches, restaurants, location, easy access to monorail, and intimate setting make it convenient to all locations, theme parks and OPA activities. About the Pop Century: There are many resorts on Disney Property. The Previous OPA Pop Century Guests have been pleased with the accommodations. If you are relying on 5
Disney transportation within the resorts and theme park, this resort is recommended as less challenging. The facility is larger and more spread out so you will need to allow additional travel time between events to and from the resort hotel. Either resort will be a great place to relax after a long day. While we would prefer to have all guests at one location for the comradery, we want everyone to be able to participate and enjoy a resort that is comfortable and pleasing to them. See Ya Real Soon! 6
Travel Packets: You will receive all your Park Hopper passes, wristbands etc. before you leave Cleveland. Important: DO NOT lose your tickets! OPA cannot replace them! Park Hopper Tickets: Your Park Hopper pass includes admission to any of the four Disney Parks on the same day • Magic Kingdom • Epcot • Animal Kingdom • Hollywood Studios If you have a 6 day pass, you may visit any or all of the parks on 6 different days. You are not locked to one park per day. This is the most flexible pass Disney offers. Passes are valid for a time period before and after our dates of stay. Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Important note: The same ticket must be used by the person who uses it for the first time. Do not exchange tickets. You will be identified by an optical device that registers your finger. We recommend you photo copy the ticket and keep the copy in a safe place. Should you lose your ticket, present the copy to Disney customer resort located at all Disney resorts and parks; this is the ONLY way to get a new ticket. OPA is not responsible to replace lost or stolen tickets. 7
OPA Special Events: *It’s important you arrive on time at each meeting place listed on the itinerary. The group will not be able to wait for late arrivals. If you are late or do not manage to locate the group, you may miss the entire event and refunds will not be issued. *You will be issued park passes and wristbands to enter events that take place in the parks. You are required to wear the enclosed designated colored wristbands at each event. Be sure you have the correct wristband for the event you are attending. Wristbands are not replaceable-if you lose one, you will need to purchase another one. Please see Chuck if you lose your wristband. *Transportation to special events are all via Disney public transportation or on your own, with the exception of the Dancers who will be transported separately to Downtown Disney. 8

Registration Information: It’s very important for us to have your registration and contact information for your trip to Disney. Please fill out the attached worksheets and submit to Chuck. If you have questions, please contact him. Worksheet: Things you need to decide and know… Passes: You can choose Park Hopper passes with or without the event packages. Park passes for additional days are available, see Chuck for details. The Event Packages: Are meal and entertainment events shared with the group. All group events include meals, non-alcoholic beverages tax & gratuity. If someone provides you exceptional service you are welcome to express additional gratitude. Accommodations: You can choose Deluxe accommodations (Polynesian Resort) or Standard accommodations (The Pop Century Resort). Performers: Fee includes onsite transportation, performance and workshop fees and more. All performers need to be enrolled in a Jazz, Ballet and Company class by deadline. Who will be traveling? We are required to have complete name and age of every traveler in your party. Are there any dietary or medical needs? Is there anyone in your party that has special dietary or medical needs? Please let us know at time of trip registration. Please note, this trip does not include any travel expenses. You are responsible for your own transportation to and from Orlando. 1 0

Payment Schedule: Please do not sign up if you cannot commit to the trip. Payments are NON REFUNDABLE and there are no exceptions.
