EVENTS BROCHURE
Located in the buzzing streets of Soho, Lina Stores is an Italian heritage
brand founded in 1944. Our restaurant on 51 Greek Street serves handmade
pasta dishes alongside a selection of classic Italian antipasti & desserts. No
Italian experience is complete without traditional wines, cocktails & digestivi.
Our open kitchen with counter bar on the ground floor is the perfect place
to welcome your guests for a drinks reception before heading downstairs to
the main restaurant for a sit-down meal with private bar and sufficient space
for up to 35 guests.
The restaurant is available for hire every day for breakfast & all day hire on
Sundays.
CAPACITY AVAILABILITY
35 guests seated Mon - Sat: Breakfast Hire (7am - 10.30am)
50 guests reception Sun: Lunch / Dinner or All Day Hire
MINIMUM SPEND
Breakfast Hire: £1,500
A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be
added to the final bill. Any short fall to the
Sunday Lunch / Dinner: £3,500 minimum spend will be charged as room hire.
Sunday Full Day: £5,000

LAYOUT
Guests may choose their table formations and we will be happy to
demonstrate your options on your site visit.
MENU
Our private dining and breakfast menus are designed for sharing. Please let
us know about any allergies or dietary requirements when booking and we
will be happy to accommodate where possible.
CONFIRMATION & DEPOSIT
We will require £1,000 deposit to be paid via credit card within 24 hrs of your
confirmation for breakfast events and £2,000 for Sunday hires (a secure
payment link will be provided). The final guest numbers must be confirmed
at least 3 working days prior to your event.
PAYMENT
The deposit will be deducted from your final bill, which should be settled at
the time of completion of the event. A discretionary service charge of
12.5% will be added to the final bill and all prices are inclusive of VAT.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations of 14 days or more before the event will receive full deposit
refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will not receive a deposit
refund. Guest cancellations within 3 working days of the event will incur the
full minimum spend charge.
