CLASS DESCRIPTIONS Easy Circuits If you are new to fitness this is the class for you. Circuit training is a great way to get in shape and an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina bringing it back to basics in a fun an motivating environment. Fatburn Extreme Like no other, Fatburn Extreme is a fixed 20 minute, maximum intensity, rest based workout, using only bodyweight exercises to emulsify fat and tone muscles! Maximum results in minimum time! Boosts metabolism, improves speed, power and strength. Fit Troop Get pushed like the elite and give it your all for this classic body weight session. Hardcore A great timed workout with a little bit of everything. Cardio vascular fitness, strength and sometimes a splash of HIIT! Your stamina will improve as will your confidence. Hatha Yoga One This class is great for everyone, especially those new to Yoga. The slow “Workshop Style” flow will create a space to break down the asanas so that individuals can build a strong foundation for their yoga practice. Hatha Flow Designed to create a sense of fluidity and freedom in the body by working with smooth flowing breath and movement to challenge the body and mind. HIITBLAST A brand new class coming to you! Timings of work to rest ratio are different every time which will keep you on your toes. Suitable for all levels of fitness. HIITSTEP The world's greatest HIIT workout using only body weight and a STEP! 'Don't be lazy...it's time to go CRAZY!' ICG - Classic Ride Enjoy a mix of climbs, sprints and steady efforts in this traditional high intensity indoor cycling class driven by upbeat, energising music led by one of our motivating instructors. ICG - Coach By Colour Using colour zones to guide the intensity of the ride, coach by colour allows for an individualised workout in a group environment. Drive your ride and increase your power as you cycle through the colour zones. ICG - MyRide Live An immersive virtual workout that you’ll forget your worries lose yourself in our amazing new cycle studio. Intense Focus We will zone in on specific muscle groups using our studio equipment to create an intense muscle burning workout. This class is intense, not for the faint hearted, but you will leave feeling better and stronger than when you arrived. MetaFit The latest HIIT training techniques with traditional ’old school’ bodyweight exercises to set the metabolism on fire! Get ready to be pushed to your limits in the original 30 minute workout with an after burn that lasts up to 24 hours. Outdoor Club Take your fitness outside and embrace the outdoors enjoying a mixture of running and full body training around Lerwick. Come get a boost of Vitamin D and we'll see you on the running track. Power Flow Build flexibility and strength, avoid injury & feel better, with this sports based yoga focus. Power Hour A high octane, energy burning, leg zapping hour of Power. Delivered using studio equipment together with body weight exercises to HIIT the body hard! Restore Yoga Gentle and Restorative. The class combines slow gentle movement and breath work. It incorporates elements of Yoga Nidra, also known as Yoga Sleep, Yin Yoga, Guided Meditation and Sound Therapy to bring about balance and relaxation Senior Aerobics A low impact, aerobic dance based exercise to music class to inspire and motivate the over 50’s. Senior Circuits Fun and friendship are key in all of our senior classes - build and maintain aerobic fitness while strengthening muscle, bones and connective tissue with circuit based exercises for that all over workout to keep you healthy and active. Totally Shredded The new HIIT clubbing craze sweeping the nation. This workout is inspired by D&B, 90's, Club Classic & Funky House music.
