Cecchetti Conference 2018

The Cecchetti Quebec Committee is proud to host the 2018 National
Cecchetti Conference in wonderful Quebec City. Classes will be held at the
beautiful studios of L’École de danse de Québec.
This year’s programming features Ms. Diane van Schoor, returning to Quebec for the
first time in over twenty years. We are also pleased to welcome Suzanne Plante,
Christine Richardson, Joëlle Turcotte and Jane Wooding to our faculty.
Enjoy a week of dance for teachers and students, grades 5 to Diploma. The
programming includes three days of classes, one free day, and three more days of
classes.

The Cecchetti Québec Committee reserves the right to change faculty and/or
classes as required.

Rates (until May 21st, 2018): Single – 1 king size bed /$169 per night
Double –2 queen-size beds /$189 per night
The hotel is a 5 minutes walk from L’École de danse de Québec.
For reservations please call (418) 647-2611. To receive conference rates clearly
indicate that you are attending the Cecchetti Québec” Conference.
Lunches:
Participants wishing to purchase a lunch card ($90 for 6 lunches) must reserve and
pay in advance. Lunches will be served on-site, at L’École de danse de Québec.
Dinner-Cruise:
On Monday July 23 rd, please join us for a five-course dinner-cruise on the St-
Lawrence River. This is a lovely occasion to socialize outside dance classes.
Memorable souvenirs guaranteed. (Cost $120)

National Summer Conference in Quebec City, Quebec, heretofore referred to as “the
Participant.” The participant hereby waives all claims for any injuries or illnesses, damage, or loss to
his/her person and property that may result from participation in the course, and releases the
Cecchetti Canada, the Comité Cecchetti Québec, L’École de danse de Québec, and any/all
employees, volunteers, and organizers, from any liability for injury, damage or loss which may
be caused by any act or omission by any of them on the premises, in their residence of choice,
or while in travel.
In the event I cannot be reached, in case of accident or illness, I further authorize any representative
of the 2018 Cecchetti National Conference to obtain any medical treatment they deem necessary
for me or my child.
