Terms and Conditions
Definition: The ExtraEnergy Services GmbH & Co. KG. is called in the further ORGANIZER. The
PARTICIPANTS participating in the ExtraEnergy activity, representatives of the PARTICIPANTS, im-
porters and distributors of Light Electric Vehicles (pedelecs, e-bikes, e-scooters and other electric-
powered light-duty vehicles, as well as their components) are referred to below as PARTICIPANTS.
1. Registration and confirmation: You declare your binding participation by returning the completed
and legally signed answer. The contract becomes binding for the ORGANIZER, if the payment acc.
item 3 has been received by us and we have not objected to your participation within one week.
2. Content of contract: The PARTICIPANT acknowledges with his signature the terms of contract.
The ORGANIZER is responsible for the conception and design of the public relations work, there is
no legal claim to a specific type of presentation desired by the PARTICIPANT. The ORGANIZER will
largely take into account the wishes of the PARTICIPANTS known to him, insofar as the overall con-
cept is not unreasonably impaired.
3. Billing and payment conditions: All prices given are net prices. After receiving your registration,
you will receive an invoice for the fee for the registration. This contribution is due immediately.
4. Withdrawal from the contract, damages: The ORGANIZER may rescind the contract in the follo-
wing cases: A: If there are not enough subscribed PARTICIPANTS. B: If the organizer of the venue
withdraws the existing commitment to the event. In these cases, a down payment made in advance
by the PARTICIPANT will be refunded. Further, mutual claims are excluded. If the PARTICIPANT
does not render the payment to be made by him in accordance with the contract, the ORGANIZER
shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract without further delay. In this case, the PARTICIPANT
is not entitled to a refund of a prepaid payment.
5. Miscellaneous: All changes and additions to this contract must be made in writing in order to be
legally valid. Place of performance for all actions related to the execution of the event is the location
of the event. For all other acts place of performance is the registered office of the organizer.
