ARTS4ALL FLORIDA- 2021 FALL PROGRAMS Lottery Application: PALM BEACH COUNTY August 6 - 16, 2021 Notification of Lottery Results: PERFORMING & VISUAL ARTS August 17 - 18, 2021 PROGRAMS Payment Deadline: 2728 Lake Worth Road, Lake Worth, Florida 33461 August 26, 2021 by 5:00pm www.a4apbc.com Arts4All Florida-Palm Beach County, founded in 1985, is an affiliate of Arts4All Florida and sponsored in part by Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation Department. The mission of Arts4All Florida-Palm Beach County is to create a society where people of all abilities can learn through, participate in, and enjoy the arts. Class sizes are generally 8 - 12 participants Classes are for ages 16+ unless otherwise noted Classes take place at the CMAA Therapeutic Recreation Complex unless otherwise noted APPLY FOR CLASSES THROUGH THE LOTTERY... Arts4All Florida-Palm Beach County uses a lottery system for program registration to ensure everyone has equal access to register. Please note, there are limited program slots available. Applying for the lottery does not guarantee a slot in the selected programs. The lottery will be open for participants/parents to apply online during the dates listed above. A computerized lottery spin will be conducted after the application time is closed. Participants/parents will be notified by phone of lottery results and given payment information. Arts4All programs cannot be paid online. Any payment not received by the payment deadline will result in forfeiture of unpaid program slots. These unpaid slots will become available for waitlisted participants. How to Login: Apply for Programs in Lottery: 1. Visit www.pbcparks.com Click on the photo labeled 'Therapeutic Recreation.' 2. Under 'Online Services' tab, click on All Arts4All programs available will show in 2nd box 'Register/Pay for a Program'. located under red 'Search' button. 3. Login with your username and password. Click on the '+' symbol to the left of the program a. If you do not have a username, click on name for each program you wish to apply. 'Create an Account'.
