2021 Milestones Replace dead trees along the barriers Establish local office at the former Ski shop Install Sprung structure at ballfield Begin construction of the stormwater line Complete the design of the cap and pump station Conduct additional sampling at several properties Remove Raymark Waste from East Main St. properties Remove Raymark Waste from Wooster Park or Beacon Point, and then the vacant lot behind the Blue Goose. 6
OU4 Ballfield Work Completed or Ongoing Since December • Ballfield preparation complete • Waste material from 380 East Main and 190/200 Ferry Boulevard consolidated and covered • Waste material from CT DOT Exit 33 project brought to ballfield • Temporary stormwater basin constructed • OU4 monitoring wells being decommissioned early next week • Ongoing environmental sampling at OU6 properties 8
Posi Shell • Used for dust and erosion control • Better alternative to daily cover and plastic sheeting • Long and short term protection from elements • Applies as wet as slurry • Can be applied via water truck with sprayer (i.e. hydroseeder) • Composition is inert material, primarily clay and synthetic binder 11

OU4 - Air Monitoring Results • Since 12/09/20 public meeting Daily Average Dust = 0.002 to 0.014 mg/m3 • One exceedance of Daily Average Dust Action Level 0.014 mg/m3 criteria 1/13/21 (0.015 mg/m3); all five locations chemicals = non-detect • All five meters not calibrating due to nighttime freezing temperatures/moisture; meters sent out for calibration • Stopped all soil work on OU4; continued Posi-Shell soil cover • Called Town • Resolution = run meters 24 hrs/7 days-wk with heaters to decrease moisture content; data still reported working hrs • No exceedances of chemical health and safety criteria • Submitting weekly Air Monitoring Reports • Reports posted on Town Health Dept – Raymark website 15
OU6 - Air Monitoring Results • Soil excavation/site restoration at 190/200 Ferry Blvd 12/10/20 – 12/14/20 • Daily Average Dust Measurements 0.002 to 0.007 mg/m3 • All below Daily Average Dust Action Level 0.019 mg/m3 criteria • Dust Action Level specific to OU6 sites; based on cumulative potential health risk from 12 chemicals found on all OU6 sites • No exceedances of chemical health and safety criteria Air Monitor 16
