The Kentucky Senior Living Association (KSLA) invites you to exhibit at our
annual Conference & Exhibition on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at the Louisville
Marriott East Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky.
This conference offers our exhibitors several opportunities to network with senior living community owners,
operators, executive directors and administrators at two exhibitor receptions, as well as a cocktail reception
at the end of our first day.
As an added benefit to exhibiting at our Conference, we’d love for you to attend ALL conference events on
Wednesday, April 20 and Thursday, April 21. These additional events include two luncheons, two general
sessions, and your choice of several education sessions. If you choose to join us for these events, you’ll do so
as our special guest, at no extra charge.

and services to offer them. From owner/operators to large corporations, from the executive level
management team to front line caregivers, our Conference provides the opportunity for you to network with
the decision-makers from these communities, educate them about your products and services, and show
them how you can assist in their success by partnering with you.
LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY At this year's Conference, KSLA members will elect several members to fill
seats on the KSLA Board of Directors. One of the seats that will be open is the "Associate Director" seat
which represents all KSLA Associate members. Any KSLA Associate member in good standing is eligible for
this seat. The newly-elected "Associate Director" will serve from July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2024.
If you are interested in serving on the KSLA Board of Directors, visit https://

indicate that you're nominating yourself for the "Associate Director" seat. Election winners will be
announced during the Conference.
Our venue this year is the Louisville Marriott East,
located at 1903 Embassy Square Boulevard, Louisville,
KY 40299. It’s near I-64 and Hurstbourne Lane, and in The Venue
close proximity to a variety of restaurants and shops.
KSLA has reserved a block of rooms at a preferred rate
of $140/night. Make your reservation by April 5,

The Fine Print
If a notice of exhibitor cancellation is received in writing by April 5, 2022, a 50% refund of registration fees will
be provided.
No refunds will be made for exhibitor cancellations received after April 5, 2022.
Each exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and liability for loss and claims arising from injuries or damage to
exhibit equipment and/or other property brought upon the premises. In addition, each exhibitor agrees to hold
KSLA and Louisville Marriott East harmless for any loss, damage, and claim. Each exhibitor is solely responsible
for obtaining his/her own insurance (although not required) and securing materials brought for display and/or
personal use.
Registration and payment of fees signifies an understanding of, and agreement to, abide by all rules and
requirements outlined above.Exhibitor fees are payable in advance and include entry to the Conference and participation in
ALL conference events for two exhibitors. Each additional exhibitor from your company may
exhibit at our cost of $125 per person.

KSLA offers several sponsorship opportunities to our exhibitors - the levels of sponsorship for your
consideration are listed below. Each Sponsor will be recognized in the conference binder, on

signage throughout the hotel, and will be offered the opportunity to speak briefly (3-5 minutes) at
the beginning of the event they’re sponsoring. In addition, our Premier sponsors are also noted on
our weekly eBlast communications throughout the year.

Exhibitor Receptions & Prizes
Door Prizes - Each exhibitor is asked to provide one door prize, valued at approximately $25. Door prizes
can be gift cards, gift baskets, or any item of the Exhibitor’s choosing. During the two exhibitor receptions,
KSLA provider members will visit each exhibitor’s table and drop off their business cards. After the second
exhibitor reception, each exhibitor draws from the provider business cards for a door prize. Prizes are stored
until they’re distributed to the winners at the end of the General Session on Thursday, April 21.
Grand Prize - As provider members visit each exhibitor table, they’ll ask exhibitors to initial their
“Exhibitor” form so that they can be entered into a drawing for the grand prize (provided by KSLA). We
encourage you to make this fun! Ask them to pose for a selfie with you or answer a trivia question. Have
them do an impression of a famous person, sing a song, or do their smoothest dance move. The idea is to get
to know them and make an impression.The Exhibit Space
We’re excited to share that the exhibit space is right in the middle of everything that will be
happening during the Conference! Conference attendees will travel through the exhibitor area to get
to the facilities, elevators, breakout sessions, and the cocktail reception, thus maximizing the
exposure of our exhibitors to our provider members.
When to Exhibit
Exhibitors are invited to exhibit on Wednesday, April 20. There will be no exhibits on Thursday,
April 21. All of our exhibitors are invited (and encouraged!) to attend all conference events on both

days to take advantage of the educational and networking opportunities throughout the Conference.
Exhibitor Reception Location & Table Assignments
All Conference activities, including the two exhibitor receptions, will take place on the second floor of
the hotel. When you arrive, proceed to the area just outside the Bluegrass Ballroom on the second
floor. That is where the exhibitor tables will be located. Signs will be on each table indicating
Exhibitor table assignments. Exhibitor table assignments will be made by KSLA, upon receipt of
registration and fees, and in the order received.
What’s Provided in the Exhibitor Space
Each exhibitor will be provided an eight-foot skirted table, two chairs, and a waste paper basket.
Exhibitor displays are limited to this designated eight-foot table area. Displays that are too large
for the space provided may require a move to a more roomy location.
Electric outlets at exhibitor tables are not guaranteed, although it is possible that tables that
back up to the walls will have outlets nearby. Upon arrival, please see Rebecca Pfalzgraf if your
display requires electricity. We will accommodate you as best we can.
Setup & Tear Down
Exhibitors may ship their exhibit materials to Louisville Marriott East in advance, if desired.
Exhibitor materials should arrive at Louisville Marriott East no sooner than Tuesday, April 19,
2022.
Exhibitors may setup their displays any time after 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19, or between 7:30-
9 a.m. on Wednesday, April 20.
Exhibitors may break down their displays any time between 4 - 5:30 p.m. or after 7:30 p.m. on
Wednesday, April 20.
Giveaways & Door Prizes
Giveaways and order taking are perfectly acceptable as long as they’re done in your exhibit
space. Advertising or distributing materials outside your exhibitor space is not allowed.

How to Dress
Business casual is recommended for the entire Conference. All Conference participants are
encouraged to bring a light jacket or sweater, or to dress in layers, to accommodate varying room
