30TH ANNUAL OASIS CONFERENCE & TRADE SHOW JANUARY 18-21,2023 Exhibitor Information Package The Ontario Association of Sewage Industry Services (OASIS) is excited to announce that our 30th Annual Conference and Trade Show will be hosted from January 18th- 21st, 2023 at the Americana Conference Resort Spa & Waterpark. The OASIS Conference and Trade Show is THE marketplace for the on-site wastewater treatment, hauled sewage and portable sanitation industry, and the exhibit hall is the one stop shop for all business product needs. With dozens of exhibitors displaying in over 10,000 square feet of exhibit space, over 200 attendees come to the OASIS Conference and Trade Show to get face-to-face with manufacturers and make buying decisions. • See the new industry product line for 2023 • Learn about the latest trends and technologies driving the industry • Meet directly with manufacturers, product and service representatives • See, touch, and feel the products and equipment and participate in live demonstrations • Purchase products and equipment right from the exhibit floor– the OASIS Conference and Trade Show is the marketplace where deals get done. Note: The health and safety of our conference guests is our top priority. While we have begun promoting our event and collecting registrations, with the uncertain environment around COVID-19, we will not process any payments until December 1st, 2022. In the event that the Conference and Trade Show is cancelled due to public health restrictions, we will issue full refunds. 30TH ANNUAL OASIS CONFERENCE & TRADE SHOW JANUARY 18-21,2023 Cost of Participation: Member Pricing Non-Member Pricing 10’ by 8’ Space: $595.00 $695.00 Additional Staff: $200.00/Person $280.00/Person Spouse/Companion: $180.00 $250.00 **HST not included Your Return: • Exclusive access to a highly targeted audience of potential buyers • One, 10 ft by 8 ft exhibit space in the exhibit area • Two (2) staff exhibitor passes which include breakfast, lunch and all coffee breaks (Thursday & Friday) as well as admittance to exhibitor networking night (Thursday), banquet (Friday) and all speaker sessions. Exhibitor fee does not include: • Insurance coverage for exhibit material/equipment • Additional booth furnishings, electrical requirements (facility charges will apply) • Shipping and customs clearance • Training sessions or off-site tour Information: Set-up: Wednesday, January 18th, 2023; 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Tear down: Friday, January 20th, 2023; 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Storage: If you require storage for products to be shipped to the exhibit space, please contact the conference venue directly informing them of the dimension of the product as well as when they should expect the product to arrive. For liability reasons, conference staff will not be helping with the unloading of product or equipment. You are responsible for product handling when it arrives at the location. Security: The exhibit area will not be patrolled during evening hours. Exhibitors are advised to remove any valuables and store them elsewhere for safety. EXHIBITOR PACKAGE 3

Sponsorship opportunities are available. Please contact us at 289-795-2528 to discuss these opportunities. All other Exhibit spaces are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. All of the exhibit space offers equal access in terms of exposure to conference delegates. Hotel Accommodations: A room block has been reserved at the Americana Conference Resort Spa & Waterpark until January 10th, 2023. Reservations requests received after 5:00 p.m. local time at the Hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. All exhibitors are to make their own room reservations. Room prices start at $119.00 (subject to change and availability without notice) with upgrades available on a first come first serve basis. 30TH ANNUAL OASIS CONFERENCE & TRADE SHOW JANUARY 18-21,2023 Cancellation Policy: Exhibitors who cancel their space will receive a refund less a $250.00 administration fee if written notification is received by the Ontario Association of Sewage Industry Services no later than December 6th, 2022. Exhibitors who cancel their registration after December 6th, 2022 will not receive a refund. Please Read and Sign the Following: “The Ontario Association of Sewage Industry Services and/or the Americana Conference Resort Spa & Waterpark (hereinafter referred to as the “Conference Group”) shall not be responsible for any losses or damages that may occur to the exhibitor or the exhibitor’s employee’s and/or guests or property from any cause whatsoever, prior to, during, or subsequent to the period covered by the exhibit contract. The exhibitor signing this contract expressly releases the Conference Group from and agrees to indemnify it against all claims due to carelessness of the exhibitor, which claims must be paid for by the exhibitor causing it. The Conference Group will not be responsible for damage or loss of any means whatsoever (theft, fire, etc.) for any or all material or equipment used by exhibitors.
