Of the things we think, say or do: Have fun and form lasting friendships

1. Is it the TRUTH? Representing the South Brunswick Islands Rotary Club this year were: Nick Barber, Edward Fulwood,
and Austin High, who will report on their experience there this Friday.
2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
Nick, while he says he doesn't participate in extra cirricular activities, is quite busy. He is involved in
3. Will it build GOODWILL and his church (Beach Assembly), holds down a job, keeps up with his studies, does Tae Kwon Do and
BETTER FRIENDSHIPS? stays physically active. Nick is interested in either becoming an aeronautical engineer or a minister.
4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all
concerned? Edward is an Eagle Scout from Troop 201, the scout troop our club supports. He's an avid member of
the FFA (Future Farmers of America), competitive on both the District and National levels. He enjoys
Meeting Adjourned farmlife and the outdoors. Working with his hands doing things like welding and carpentry, bring
Edward a great deal of pleasure. Edward also enjoys volunteering and being active in his church
Rotary Club Greeters (Friendship Baptist). He aspires to have a career in the wildlife/ forestry field.

Dennis Winters, Feb. 22 Lastly, Austin is no stranger to us as she has been involved in Interact and part of our Rotary family
Janie Withers. March 1 for years. Aside from Interact, Austin is passionate about show choir. She also enjoys hobbies such as
Bernadette Wolfe, March 8 reading, singing, dancing, and photography. She is active in her church (Beulah Baptist). Austin would
like to someday become a forensic scientist and have a career with the FBI or other government
