5/28/2021 Forms to Complete •All missing paperwork should be submitted no later than June 15th •Emails are sent every other week to your @ursinus.edu email address •You can also check your Grizzly Gateway to see missing paperwork 5 Verification •Requires additional tax info to be submitted •UC Verification Form •Signed tax returns •W2 or wage statements •Approximately 1/3 of all FAFSA filers randomly selected •Financial aid cannot be disbursed to your account if not complete 6 3
5/28/2021 Direct Loans •FAFSA filers will have Direct Loans listed on award letter (Unsubsidized and/or Subsidized) •To accept, you must complete Entrance Counseling and Master Promissory Note (MPN) at https://studentaid.gov •To decline, you must do so through Grizzly Gateway 7 Declining Loans 8 4

5/28/2021 Tuition Insurance • An optional and affordable insurance program. When combined with the College’s published refund policy, reimbursement totaling 70% of tuition paid/net tuition due to the College will be refunded if you are forced to withdraw from school due to a personal illness, mental health condition or accident. • Complements and enhances school's separation policy. • “Separation policy” refers to adjustments to a student’s charges and aid if they withdraw or take a leave of absence prior to the end of a semester • Automatically enrolled - must complete online waiver before 1st day of classes to have charge removed from bill. *One-time charge of $311 occurring in the Fall (covers Fall and Spring only) 13 Health Insurance • Full time students are required to have health insurance coverage • Basic coverage available for full calendar year (8/7/2021 – 8/6/2022) • 2021-2022 cost: $1,780 • One-time charge occurring in the Fall • Automatically applied to account - must provide proof of insurance online to Wellness Center in order to waive school coverage • To have charge removed before first bill, submit waiver by June 30th • To have charge removed from bill, submit waiver by September 11th • After September 11th, charge cannot be credited and student will be enrolled in plan 14 7
5/28/2021 How Do I Get My Bill? •Fall invoices mailed to home address by July 8th •Available online through Grizzly Gateway •You will receive an email when bill is posted online *All account correspondence sent to students! 15 When Do I Pay My Bill? Fall bill due in full by August 2nd *A $50 late fee will be applied after August 12th •If waiving insurance or aid, wait for updated statement in portal before making payment •If enrolling in payment plan, wait until all other payments process before signing up 16 8
