INTRODUCTION

The EXPEDITION COACHING CERTIFICATION COURSE is an
intensive training program that teaches coaching as a learning
tool designed to facilitate thinking, creativity, communication,
and problem solving. Learn what a coaching mindset is and walk
away with the coaching tools to help you get started as a
successful coach. This life-changing experience will increase your
personal awareness and equip you on your journey in using
coaching either personally or professionally.

PROGRAM METHODOLOGY
Through a combination of creative approaches, participants will take away
a stronger cognitive foundation, a higher level of coaching proficiency, and
a deeper commitment to providing the best value to their clients. Our
training approach will utilize the following methods:

PROGRAM CURRICULUM
The program is divided into two parts: Part One: Developing a Coaching
Mindset and Part Two: Applying the Coach Approach. With a total of eight
modules, participants will journey through

   The International Coaching Federation's (ICF) Core Competencies and
   Ethics of coaching
   Understanding the Tell/Ask Continuum
   Learning the Managing-Coaching Distinctions
   Intentional Listening
   Intentional Questioning
   Providing Feedback
   Applying Coaching in Leadership
   Using a Coach-Approach in Change Management
   Understanding the ACC, PCC, & MCC Levels of Coaching
   & More

DELIVERY METHODS

            The full training course is delivered through online learning
            opportunities via Zoom. See program schedule for frequency
            and dates at www.Emerge.org.

            Training is also provided in-person in a 5-day fast track course.
            Participants will learn and practice the competencies of
            coaching. Following the in-person experience, participants will
            complete additional asynchronous learning and three hours of
            individual mentoring. Find training dates at www.Emerge.org.

MENTORING & ADDITIONAL LEARNING
Participants will begin group mentoring in the program. An additional
three hours of individual mentoring will be required, giving participants a
total of 10 hours of mentor coaching upon completion.

Additionally, participants will engage in asynchronous learning through
Seven Days to Learner Living by Dr. Marilee Adams that will enhance self-
awareness and develop tools and skills immediately applicable in
coaching. Access to the learning portal will be provided during the
program.

Also provided in the learning is the Paradigm Lab's Workplace Big 5
personality assessment. Participants will learn how to work with
assessments in coaching, and will utilize learnings from their self-
assessment to increase awareness.

GROUP WORK
Participants will engage in group work for group mentoring, and following
the course will be assigned to a group to create a report on learnings and
applications from Seven Days to Learner Living.

upon request (Minimum $500 deposit required at registration). Balances
must be paid before graduation from the program. Onboarding details
and an invoice will be emailed after registration. The program contains
about four hours of pre-work that must be completed before classes

Groups should plan to meet on their own to prepare for group presentation.

Virtual Graduation: February 10, 2022
To graduate, balance must be paid in full and all elements of training
completed, including individual mentoring.
