Global Clubs Program Board What is the Global Clubs Program? The Global Clubs Program is an initiative that aims to connect Economics, Finance, and Investment Clubs at high schools from all over the world so they can tap into GSEF's many resources and offerings. Clubs that register with the GSEF are grouped by country, and are overseen by a National Clubs Program Director appointed by the GSEF International Board of Directors. What is the role of a National Clubs Program Director? National Clubs Program Directors are expected to maintain communication with clubs, through the Email Template document and to send out seasonal GSEF newsletters crafted by the International Board. They should be active in recruiting both clubs and members in their country, and are asked to update the GSEF Membership Count Sheet in the shared Google Drive after reviewing submissions to the GSEF Membership Registration Form and GSEF Club Registration Form. Additionally, Directors should work on the Clubs Program Master Sheet in the shared Google Drive to organize their recruitment and outreach to high schools in various administrative divisions (states, provinces, etc.) of their country. Is there anything else to be done? Yes! We ask that all National Clubs Program Directors create Gmail accounts directy for the purpose of GSEF. For example, if you are the Director for the United States, we ask that you set up usa.gsefofficial@gmail.com, or if you are the Director for India, please set up india.gsefofficial@gmail.com. The email you create should be the one used to maintain communication with high schools and clubs throughout your country. Please be advised that if you are emailing multiple schools, you must blind carbon copy (Bcc) all of their emails to ensure their privacy, as a matter of GSEF policy.
