Welcome
Dear Colleagues and Delegates,
on behalf of the faculty and organizers, it is a great privilege and honor to
welcome you to the European Vascular Masterclass in Lucerne. For years,
this unique workshop has proven to be a very effective postgraduate
training method for vascular surgeons. The techniques that are
demonstrated are part of the fellowship of the European Board of
Vascular Surgery (FEBVS) exam. The success of this European Vascular
Masterclass is based on its focus on practical training on state-of-the-art
infrastructure and the intensive supervision by a multi-lingual team of
European tutors who have a vast experience in both vascular surgery and
teaching. The close tutor-student interaction guarantees an intensive
learning process. You will operate in pairs of two, using original vascular
grafts, sutures, endovascular tools (i.e. wires, catheters, balloons, stents)
as well as abdominal and thoracic endografts. The training atmosphere is
relaxed and discussion is encouraged.

The number of participants is restricted. Course registrations will be confirmed upon
payment of the course fee, either immediately in case of payment through PayPal or
once the fee has been transferred to our bank account.
Annulation costs:
• CHF 100.- for cancellations before December 21, 2019
• No reimbursement of course fee for cancellations from December 21, 2019
We do accept substitute participants; please inform us as soon as possible.
