INVITATION 22nd– 24th August 2019 PROMOTER: European Minigolfsport Federation (EMF) ORGANIZER: Österreichischer Bahnengolfverband ( ÖBGV ) LOCATION OF COURSE: Minigolf Voitsberg Schießplatzstrasse 6 8570 Voitsberg Austria Phone: +436508291574 TYPE OF COURSE: 18 lanes feltgolf (Men Competition) 18 lanes miniaturegolf (Women Competition) CATEGORIES: Women’s club teams (3 players + 1 substitute) Men’s club teams (6 players + 1 substitute) PARTICIPATION: All active members of the WMF, as long as they came up to their obligations towards the EMF and WMF. REGISTRATION: Until 16th July 2019 only on the EMF website: www.minigolf-europe.org Apply for username and password here: secretary-general@minigolf-europe.org Registration can only made by the concerning national federation, not by the club. If participants need visa for travelling to take part at the European Cup, please send information including all necessary data VERY EARLY directly to the organiser PARTICIPATION FEE: € 70,00 for each player, coach and official. Participation fees are non-refundable. Charges have to be paid until 16th July 2019 to the account of WMF. In particular please note the regulations for the Continental Cups. Each participant or for minors their legal guardian must have signed the forms for acceptance of WADA- code as well as media coverage and accept the WMF anti-doping regulations in current version. Sport shoes and uniform team sports clothing appropriate for minigolf are required during official practice time and tournament. Only sport hats are allowed. Ermes Franchini EMF Sport Director
SCHEDULE GROUPS FOR OFFICIAL TRAINING / ACCREDITATION: The final training mode and composition of the groups will be published according to the entries after 16th July 2019 on the EMF and organizers website and at the official information board at the location. Accreditation of all participants (players, coaches and officials) has to be filed immediately after their arrival, latest on 15th August, 18:00. MONDAY 19th August 08:00 – 18:00 Ladies: training open all day 08:00 – 14:00 Men: training group A 12:00 – 18:00 Men: training group B 18:00 course open for both groups 18:00 last possibility for written complaints regarding courses 18:00 inspection of the courses by the jury and a member of the organization 18:00 deadline for accreditation of players, coaches and officials TUESDAY 20th August 08:00 – 18:00 Ladies: training open all day 08:00 – 14:00 Men: training group B 12:00 – 18:00 Men: training group A 13:00 deadline for payment of practicing fees to the organizer 18:00 course closed due to the opening ceremony, no training allowed 18:00 deadline for name list of players (in starting order) 20:00 opening ceremony and draw of starting order WEDNESDAY, 21th August 08:00 – 18:00 Ladies: training open all day 08:00 – 14:00 Men: training group A 12:00 – 18:00 Men: training group B 13:00 coach meeting with referees 18:00 course open for both groups THURSDAY, 22th August - FIRST DAY OF COMPETITION 08:00 – 20:00 Maximum 4 rounds feltgolf for men teams, Maximum 4 rounds miniaturegolf for women teams FRIDAY 23th August - SECOND DAY OF COMPETITION 08:00 – 20:00 Maximum 4 rounds feltgolf for men teams, Maximum 4 rounds miniaturegolf for women teams pairings will be regrouped according to the results after first day of competition SATURDAY, 24th August - THIRD DAY OF COMPETITION Qualification: the first 6 women’s and men’s teams, also teams equal in score to the 6th, qualified 08:00 maximum 3 rounds for each qualified team pairings will be regrouped according to the results after second day of competition Sudden death immediately after the end of last round After competition: medal ceremony on the course 20:00 victory and closing ceremony Penalties System Penalties for players The standard system described in WMF worldwide international sport rules chapter 2.3.18 is used in the team Referees have the possibility to skip the pre-warning level in case of severe or tactical violations. All penalties are also announced via loudspeakers. Penalties for coaches For coaches, the standard penalty system described in WMF worldwide international sport rules chapter 2.3.19 is used throughout the entire tournament.
