International Women's Day 2021 International Women's Day 2021 International Women's Day, is a global day that celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. Marked annually on the 8th of March, the day promotes raising awareness about women's equality and lobbies for gender parity. At PBD we choose to seek out and celebrate women's achievements. We want to create an inclusive world, where every voice is heard and respected. Our team is made up of creative and talented women, who contribute greatly to our office culture and design output. Below we take a look at our upcoming developments that the talented women in our office have designed and are managing. 5 Colindia Avenue, Neutral Bay https://shoutout.wix.com/so/9fNUp8bTy?languageTag=en#/main[9/03/2021 2:23:40 PM]
International Women's Day 2021 Colindia comprises of 6 half floor residences and a full floor penthouse at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Nestled in the sloping topography, it presents a 2-storey building from Colindia Avenue, and allows for an additional 2 storeys to be achieved towards the rear. Every design aspect of this luxury development responds cohesively to the existing neighbourhood and streetscape. Our director Paul, elaborates on the concept behind Colindia Avenue, Neutral Bay. "We approached these residences as a sculpted artform, inspired by natural, organic fluid forms and materials. The use of curved walls creates a soft and inviting spatial experience, with masonry elements that accentuate verticality."
