throughout the yearBooking Terms & Conditions All bookings require ticket purchase which is to be paid in full at time of booking. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment can be made by cash, credit/debit card or BACS. Unfortunately we do not accept cheques. Strictly one payment transaction per party. We ask that dietary requirements are specified at the point of booking, if we are not informed of a requirement then no alternative dish will be offered on the evening. Disclaimer forms must be signed by party organisers is relation to allergens, we cannot cater for a party member with allergies/intolerances without this signed form. We would advise that numbers booked are for the numbers expected to attend. It is not always possible to increase numbers and we do not operate an overbooking policy. Organisers, you are requested to restrict your party to responsible persons over the age of 18 years. Please provide The Country Park with Company/Party names and ensure all guests are aware of this. Due to various sizes/numbers of parties, smaller parties may be seated with others & larger parties may be split between tables within the same area. A smart dress code applies to all party/tribute nights. Bag checks will be operated on entry to the venue for the security of all staff and customers. Whilst we have no intention of doing so, The Country Park reserves the right to make alterations without prior notice for reasons beyond our control The Country Park reserves the right to withdraw a date from sale due to lack of uptake/numbers booked. In this instance we will endeavour to offer an alternative, subject to availability or refund payments made. We strongly recommend to pre-book taxis home. The Country Park is unable to make taxi bookings for guests. Vehicles left in The Country Park car park are the sole responsibility of the owner. Any items left unattended at The Country Park are the sole responsibility of the owner. The Country Park is not liable to make refunds if packages are offered at a discounted rate after your booking has been made and confirmed. Your booking is for the whole hospitality event, regardless of weather conditions the event will go ahead unless instructed otherwise. Should there be cancellation of your selected act, by the agent or any outside source, we will endeavour to supply an alternative act or reschedule the original booking. Food hospitality will go ahead unless advised otherwise prior to the event by The Country Park. PLEASE TAKE DUE NOTE Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol or beverages on to the premises and event organisers are responsible for ensuring that everyone in their party is aware of this prior to arrival. It is condition of the booking that alcohol/beverages not purchased from The Country Park will be removed by a member of the management team. Anyone refusing to comply will be asked to leave the event. No refund will be issued. All information is correct at time of going to print though may be subject to change.
