H OW TO REGISTER FOR ROCKYNATS
AND H.O.G.™ RALLY
What you need to do to register for RockyNats and the 2021 Queensland State H.O.G.™
Rally
Be quick register
Go to www.rockynats.com.au before 21/2/21 for
Click on ‘Entrants’ then select ‘Bike Entrants’ . The list of FAQs which give details of the $50 early bird
RockyNats events.
Click on ‘Entrant Registration’
New users will need to set up account
Existing Users log in using user name and password
Enter personal details and don’t forget to save
Go to Category - select ‘bike’
Tick box to indicate you are a HOG Member
Enter HOG Member Number
Select Chapter as appropriate
Enter Bike details including a photo of the bike
You will need to enter licence details
Click on the tick boxes for competitions and judging you want to participate in
The supporting documents is for cars so no need to do anything there unless you
want to
Select ‘Scrutineering’ time slot as best as you can. There will be processed in place to manage this due to arriving late,
so select what you think works best for you. Bikes will not be scrutineered unless you are drag racing, but licenses will be
checked at registration.

Submit entry
For pillion passengers such as associate members not riding a bike, do a separate entry use the main rider bike
registration details. Enter in comments that you are a pillion rider.

What do you get
For single one off fee - of $50.00 (Early bird) until 21/2/21. After
One off $50.00 21/2/21 entrant fee rises to $75.00.
entry fee for HOG™ PLEASE NOTE - all entrant tickets must be pre-purchased.
Members all inclusive
There is no ability to purchase ‘entrant’ tickets at the rally.

Spectator tickets may be purchased but this does not grants entry
after that
to all areas including H.O.G.™ events.
H.O.G.™ branded rally T/Shirt provided by RockyNats.
Registrations must be completed by 28 February 2021 to receive H.O.G.™
T/Shirt. Registrations after that cut off date will receive a RockyNats shirt
Hog Patch
General Admission to all Precincts for RockyNats
Access to H.O.G.™ areas including Rocky H.O.G™ Bar, Rumble Inn - when open. See
‘What’s On’ below
Rally Function on Saturday Night including VIP HOG area to be launched soon (there will
be additional costs to attend function but only registered H.O.G.™ members can
purchase tickets for VIP area)
