ITINERARY
THURSDAY June 6, 2019 - CORNWALL
DESTINATION AIRPORT/ ARRIVAL TIME
CYCC Cornwall 11:00 to 15:00 Planned arrival time
CHECK IN
11:00 Check In Desk opens at the airport
Please bring a signed waiver for each participant.
Please bring your lanyards from previous Tours if you have them.
TRANSPORTATION TO NAV CENTRE
12:30 First School Bus will leave Cornwall Airport to go to the Nav Centre
14:30 Second School Bus will leave Cornwall Airport to go to the Nav Centre
There will also be mini-vans available from 11:00 till whenever to take early birds
or stragglers from the Cornwall Airport to the Nav Centre.
Requests for these mini-vans to be made via the IPAT communication method
(GroupMe) or by calling Lee Arsenault at 416-576-9881
TOURS
Tours of the Nav Centre Simulator (Room D151) are available during Thursday
afternoon at the following times:
13:00-14:45 (15-20 people)
13:45-14:30 (15-20 people)
14:30-15:15 (15-20 people)
15:15-16:00 (15-20 people)
There will be sign-up sheets for these tours at the Cornwall Airport at the IPAT
Check-in Desk.
SOCIAL HOUR AND DINNER
17:30 Cocktails in the Stone House Venue at the NAV Centre (cash bar)
19:00 Dinner in a banquet room at the NAV Centre (included in your registration
fee)
20:15 Plaque Presentation to Airport Manager / City Official

7:30 to 8:00 Weather and Safety Briefings at the NAV Centre

8:30 to 9:30 Transportation to the Cornwall Airport
ROUTE
Cornwall to Riviere-du-Loup is 262nm.

Fly-out over the scenic Saguenay River

We will land at the Saguenay-Bagotville Airport CYBG for lunch. There is a
restaurant on the premises (your own cost). All PPRs and parking locations will be
pre-arranged.
OPTIONAL ACTIVITY 2
Whale-Watching (must be reserved upon registration)
Note: The cost of the whale-watching will be $75. This will be collected at a later
date if we have enough response to create a group booking.
