We ask for a $500 deposit and
signed catering contract to hold
your date. The balance is due one
month prior to your event.
We are available at any time to
answer any questions, handle
last-minute changes or requests
(up to 2 weeks prior) and make
sure you and your guests are
happy and well fed.
