Our Mission RCCA is the focal point of consulting at Rotman Commerce. We strive to educate students on opportunities in consulting and equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the industry. We offer this through a vast array of opportunities in the form of case competitions, networking sessions, case preparation programs and more. Our Impact 150 students applied to attend the UofT Consulting Conference 25+ teams applied to compete in the Perspectives Case Competition 15.3k total social media impressions 500+ attendees at RCCA events Over 85% of Rotman students who landed summer consulting placements have attended RCCA events We have worked with 25 firms in 2019-2020 2
BENEFIT YOUR FIRM 1) Design Tomorrow's Workforce Year after year, the University of Toronto places 1st in Canada and top 25 worldwide, attracting some of the world's brightest business students. In recent years, interest in consulting has been steadily growing amongst the Rotman community. Accordingly, a partnership with Rotman Commerce Consulting Association allows your firm to positively impact and prepare a new generation of consultants for industry. 2) Work with the Largest Consulting- Focused Student Group The Rotman Commerce Consulting Association hosts the most prominent consulting competitions and events, attracting top tier business, STEM and other interested students from Ontario Universities. This year, RCCA's diverse portfolio of partnerships with various distinct student groups attracts students beyond Rotman. Working with RCCA provides a gateway to top tier consulting talent within each field of study. 3) Enhance Your On-Campus Visibility With our rapid growth, our group's engagement within the University of Toronto is continuously expanding year by year. Being a partner can enable your firm to make an early impression on a large group of potential candidates during recruiting season. 3

V A L U E Each Event Provides Through consulting activities and an intern CONSULTING panel, we will deliver a stimulating and DEMYSTIFIED informative introduction to consulting targeted at first years. UOFT A comprehensive conference that will allow recruitment-ready students to connect with CONSULTING firms through a case competition, networking, CONFERENCE and workshops with industry professionals. A relaxed and friendly networking CASUAL atmosphere for current students to build CONNECTIONS connections with upper years and alumni. A case competition that encourages students PERSPECTIVES to expand their global worldview, with a focus on social consulting and non-profit cases. A diverse panel host of female leaders within WOMEN IN the consulting industry will provide an CONSULTING opportunity for students to gain valuable insights and connections. An ongoing opportunity for students to PROFESSIONAL network, explore firm culture, and gain SERIES connections with reps from various firms. 6
NEW THIS YEAR: Consulting Expo PLAN In collaboration with RCFTA and RCIG, this event will include mini case-workshops based on the different fields of consulting and open networking with reps from unique firms. LOCATION TBD PURPOSE Allow students of all years to gain exposure on the various niche areas within consulting. TARGET This event aims to guide student interest in different areas of consulting and provide a comfortable space to gain valuable information and support to succeed within each niche. 7
OTHER PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES Dive Back In PLAN LOCATION As a follow up to Consulting Demystified, this event will serve as TBD a "re-introduction" to consulting. It will include an upper year student Q&A panel, a brief case overview and valuable recruitment information. PURPOSE Aimed at first years who want personal insights on the consulting profession as well as second years who want to further their recruitment knowledge.
