Parker School Website Design & Functionality Enhancements November 02, 2021 Introduction Dear Matt, Following is a proposal outlining the design and functionality improvements to your website that we discussed on our call last week. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. - Tara HOW WE WORK Our process is organized, productive and easy to manage. Following is what you can expect as we work together throughout and beyond. Wireframe & Site Map These tools outline the hierarchy of content on key pages and show how the pages on your website relate to each other. Using the information gathered from the initial Discovery and Audit combined our meeting on 10/28/ 21, we will create a “blueprint” which will be used to guide the Home Page design. A new site map diagram will outline the architecture of the site - how content relates to each other - to help guide the functional development of the website. As noted in our Website Review, we want to go over the current page list with you to create a thorough site map and eliminate pages you don’t want, and add new recommended pages to a dropdown. Parker School Website Design & Functionality Enhancements November 02, 2021 Web Design After the wireframe and site map/page list is approved, we will develop and present a first round of a visual design prototype for the Home Page, based on the design prototype we presented as part of the review and taking into account the Home Page elements identified in the wireframe. Once we have your feedback on the first round Home Page design, we’ll revise the design and present a second round of design for the Home Page and also show a subpage design at this time. Once we have your full feedback on both the Home page and sub page visual design, we’ll make final edits. The final design will be presented for your approval. Please note that the design process has two rounds of feedback iterations. Any further rounds of iterations will be considered change requests and billed at our hourly rate. Our job is to present you and your business in the most genuine and positive light possible and to create an appealing, functional, and successful website. It’s so important to us that you are happy with the final product. We’ll work together to get it right. That’s a promise. If you have any questions, just ask. In short You are hiring Design TLC located at 1115 N. Powhatan Street, Arlington, VA to design and develop a web site for the estimated total price outlined on the previous page, along with the payment terms. What do both parties agree to do? You agree to review our work, provide feedback, and sign-off approval in a timely manner. You also agree to stick to the payment schedule set out at the end of this contract. We have the experience and ability to perform the services you need from us and we will carry them out in a professional and timely manner. Website Forms We test all website forms before and after launch to be sure notifications are received. After that time, we recommend you test your form notifications periodically to ensure you are receiving them. Sometimes email clients will filter messages or SMTP issues may occur which may prevent you from receiving form notifications. We offer a form testing service, and can also install some safeguards and backups upon request. CHANGES AND REVISIONS This proposal is based on the number of hours that we estimate we’ll need to accomplish everything that you have told us you want to achieve. If you change your mind, add extra pages or templates, or request new functionality, we are happy to accommodate your requests. If we estimate the project is going beyond the proposed amount, we will let you know in advance and will provide a revised proposal.
