Cancellation Policy Cancellations prior to 100 days from the first official day of a GAMA event shall incur no penalty. Cancellations 99-71 days from the first official day of a GAMA event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations made within 70 days from the first official day of a GAMA event due to committed funds and space. Forfeited fees cannot be applied to future events due to IRS reporting requirements. All cancellations must be sent in writing to GAMA (attention Chris Materni, chris.materni@gama.org).
