SMART USE OF DATA On-Device, Email & Web Marketing Digital Insights can help you get a deeper-dive into your consumers’ behaviour through highly targeted campaigns based on demographic, shopping affinity, path of travel and time of day. We can track customer behaviour to determine conversion between an event or activation and sales conversion through the following channels: > Targeted and trackable eDMs – path of travel visitation & dwell time > WiFi Analytics - Promotion on Wi-Fi registration page, landing page or video content post Wi-Fi registration page > SMS proximity campaigns – direct to customer engagement
SMART USE OF DATA – CASE STUDY CASE STUDY • Main telco brand – Melbourne Central • In February 2018, we collaborated with a telco brand to help them with the launch of a new product in Melbourne. As part of the product launch they wanted to disrupt the usual path-to-purchase retail experience by delivering a message that compelled customers to physically visit their Melbourne Central store. • Using their extensive customer database and tracking capabilities, we helped create a bespoke campaign. The campaign included a set of SMS proximity bursts that targeted customers when they entered Melbourne Central with the aim of driving them to the telco’s retail store. • Of the 9,821 customers who received the SMS, 4,796 customers visited the store. This represented a 48% conversion rate, and subsequently significant sales conversions. By doing this we directly influenced consumers’ shopping behaviour.
