Welcome to CLiC - our Community Learning in Camden brochure You’ll be amazed at the variety of adult learning courses in community learning centres across the borough. All courses are for adults aged 19+ and give priority to Camden residents. Some classes are for particular groups and are clearly marked in the brochure, for example, for older people, parents and carers or people with learning disabilities. You’ll see that some classes have a free crèche – subject to demand. You will learn at your own pace, supported by tutors experienced in teaching adult learners. When you start the course, your tutor will discuss with you what you want to get out of the class and will work with you to make sure that your programme meets your needs. Archaeology: how we discover and understand objects from the past Find out how objects are discovered, how they are dug out of the ground and what happens to them once they arrive at the British Museum. National Storytelling Week Story telling allows us to share our experiences and celebrate our culture with the rest of the community. So if you have a story why not tell us? Camden Covid-19 Tell your Story Project Be part of documenting life during the COVID-19 pandemic. Each week, we’ll meet together online, to connect, share, discuss, and record our stories, documenting our experience of life during the Coronavirus pandemic. Then we’ll turn it into a video.
