10.ELIGIBILITY
The tournament will be played in full accordance with the Laws of Badminton, BWF
Competition Regulations, and BWF World Tour Regulations.
11.ENTRIES
All entries must be made by using the BWF Online Entry System.
Entries must be submitted no later than Tuesday 12 February 2019 at 23:59 hours BWF
Headquarters time (+08:00 GMT). Players cannot be entered unless they already have a BWF
ID-number. In case you wish to enter players who do not have a BWF ID-number, please
contact the BWF office well in advance of the tournament, so that the players concerned can
get a BWF ID-number before the closing date of the tournament.

Single: 60 euros per player
Double: 50 euros per player per event

12.DRAW
Draw will be made by BWF on the 26th of February and then confirmed by the referee.
Withdrawals
Any withdrawal after the Monday 25th of February, for any reason whatsoever, renders the
Member Association concerned liable to an amount of US$ 250,00 for the inconvenience
caused by the withdrawal (as defined in Section 14 of the BWF General Competition
Regulations).
Any player not showing up at the tournament, without having been withdrawn in advance,
renders the Member Association concerned liable to an additional amount of US$ 500,00 for
the inconvenience caused by the “no show” (as defined in Section 14.1.4 of the BWF General
Competition Regulations).
13.ADVERTISING CLOTHING
Players are advised that clothing and advertising must conform to the BWF General
Competition Regulations.

17.VISAS
After entering player(s) in the tournament it is the Member Association’s responsibility to
secure visas for their players – if this is needed. It is the Member Association’s responsibility
to make sure that visa applications are made early enough.
The Tournament Organizers will do everything possible to enable the entered players to get a
visa.

18.SECURITY
Due to the security plan in France, we must inspect all luggage and bags, and identify all
persons, players and coaches with accreditation.
19.INSURANCE
Participants must arrange their own insurance for health, travel and property.
CLTO Badminton will not be offering any financial assistance to compete in this competition.
20. BETTING AND POSSIBLE CONSEQUENCES
There will be betting on offer from this event. Betting is however not allowed to be made by
players or officials connected to the event either in person or through a third party.
Participants may therefore not make bets on the Event or procure through third parties the
making of bets with a betting agency. Participants who, in violation of this prohibition,
nevertheless make or procure through third parties the making of bets with betting agencies

Similarly manipulation of games will be met with disqualification and possible legal prosecution. Any violation mentioned above is also a breach of Player's Code of Conduct (Art. 5.2.) and will be sanctioned by BWF. 21.PRACTICE FACILITIES Three training courts and one warm-up court are available at the venue. These courts will be available Sunday, 17 March, 2019 from 10:00 to 18:00 and Monday, 18 March, 2019 from 10:00 to 22:00. The 4 Main Hall Courts will be available for training on Monday, 18 March, 2019 from 10:00 to 19:00. Deadline: Sunday, 24 February 2019 Weight room, exercise bike and steppers to be confirmed. 22.ACCOMMODATION See Hotel booking form attached. 23.TRANSPORTATION Orly International Airport (ORY) and Orleans railway station are official location of arrival and departure. Shuttle will be free of charge depending on your date of arrival and departure. Information and details in the form below.
