OPEN CAMPDRAFT and INCENTIVE CAMPDRAFTS / CHALLENGE TERMS
Campdrafts run under NCC rules.
Horses and owners will only be eligible for prize money if ALL of the following conditions
are complied with:
ALL competitors will need to be current financial Australian Stock Horse Society
members in order to compete at the campdraft (temporary membership will need to be
purchased prior to competing)
ALL horses must be registered with the Australian Stockhorse Society
Horses registered ASHS name & registration number MUST BE entered when
nominating.
Horses must compete in the correct age category where specified. Verification of age
must be supplied or determined if requested. A horse’s birth date is taken as the 1st
August.
Entries must be completed by the owner when entering horses in the Dalby ASH Sale any
prize money will be paid to the person nominating the horse.
The status of horse will change according to the highest status horse in the event.
A ‘passed in’ horse is eligible if it is purchased and lodged with the agent within 48 hours
of the completion of the sale.
Scratchings received on the 25th November 2018 from 8.00am to 8.00am 27th
November 2018 will forfeit a $15 fee. Scratchings received after 8.00am 27th November
2018 will forfeit the entire nomination fee.
Any competitor who wishes to lodge a complaint in relation to an Event, must lodge the
complaint in writing to the Secretary of the DDASHS Branch within one hour of the
incident taking place. Refer Section 24 of the ASHS handbook. A fee of $50 must be
lodged with the complaint. If the complaint is dismissed by the DDASHS Branch, the $50
fee is forfeited.
All competitors under 18 years must wear a helmet at all times when mounted on the
grounds.
The Committee reserves the right to alter the program and/or any terms and conditions.
Changes need to be to the secretary’s office within 1 hour of event starting.
In the event that your power arrangement causes fault to the electrical supply and
requires an electrician to visit the grounds the person responsible for the fault may be
responsible for paying the electrician should it be deemed that your power arrangements
were negligent.
Full payment to be received by 25th November
All Competitors will need to complete a horse health declaration. This will need to be
handed to the secretary’s office.
All competitors will need to present to the secretary’s office to receive a competitors
armband. This will be provided upon confirmation of all paperwork including payment of
nominations, current ASHS membership and horse health declarations. A competitor
will not be able to enter the camp or challenge arena without this armband.

& CHALLENGE INCENTIVE ADDITIONAL TERMS
Horses that meet the conditions can compete ONCE a year in only one of either the
Future Champions, Aged Champions, or the Donrica Gelding Incentive Campdrafts.
Horses can only compete if purchased from 2010 onwards.
Horses can only compete twice under the same ownership.
Geldings of any age can nominate for the Donrica Stock Horse Stud Gelding Incentive.
Horses that compete in the Gelding Incentive must be ridden by the owner or immediate
family (Example: Husband, Wife, Son, Daughter). If horses enter into the Gelding
Incentive, they are not able to enter into Aged Champion or Future Champion Incentive
Campdrafts in the same year.
Incentive drafts consist of two (2) full rounds. Places are paid on aggregate scores.
Purchased horses must be transferred into the purchaser’s name and remain in the
purchasers name to be eligible.
Horses must compete in the correct age category where specified. Verification of age
must be supplied or determined if requested. A horse’s birth date is taken as the 1st
August.
Any horse that has won an Incentive Draft is not eligible to return under the same
ownership.
OPEN CAMPDRAFT TERMS
Horses will still be eligible even if horse has changed ownership since original purchase (the
year of purchase & horse’s registration number MUST BE provided when nominating.

8Supplementary questions for nomination for Incentives at Dalby
Owner/Riders nominating horses for the Open Draft or Incentive Events at the 2018 Dalby ASH
Approved Sale are required to provide details, listed below, when nominating through Campdraft
Central.
These details may be used by the Branch or the Society as part of a verification process to ensure
horses compete in the correct events.
Owners/Riders that do not provide details concerning horses nominated for events at the 2018
Dalby Approved ASH Sale events WILL NOT have the nomination accepted by the Dalby Branch.
The details below are to be provided by the end of the nomination period. The end date is Sunday
18th November 2018 at 8pm.
Horses nominated via Campdraft Central, and without completed details below, will not be
accepted to compete.
The Branch reserves the right to consider and action any nomination for Incentives or the Open
Draft to ensure horses are competing correctly.
