Mission “provide excellence in performance support to facilitate athletes success” It is essential that potential high-performance tennis players establish a solid foundation at an early age. Without this base of solid fundamentals, athletes often develop limiting factors that restrict their opportunities of becoming pro tennis players. Our mini futures program is designed to facilitate the growth of these fundamental development blocks in our young athletes. Coaches involved in this program have a proven track record of developing athletes longterm. Many of the 1. Asses current and past top National senior players started in this 2. For this reason we limit our spaces within the groups.

Culture We have role models in our program. This includes a top 100 WTA player, current Irish number one male and Irish number one junior. Many other players in our program have the potential to be on tour in the not so distant future. We have a clearly defined high-performance culture with clear values that define who Prodigy is a team. Our team believe that these values are both important to be successful as a player but also values that will help our athletes achieve outside of tennis. Private coaches and parents are key stakeholders and we welcome them into our system. We believe in the full integration of this triangle of parents, individual coaches and Prodigy to support our athletes
