Ed Broom (Intentions) KAREN FRIDAY, June 3 8:00 AM Ernesto Enriquez+ Today’s feast does not bring an end to Jesus’ work. IN OUR Rather it marks Jesus’ transformation from a limited sphere of activity – preaching, teaching, healing, living, THOUGHTS and dying within the geographical space of Israel and & PRAYERS... its environs two thousand years ago – to the exalted William & Irene McAndrew, Dolores position of being in glory at the Father’s right hand, Maggipinto, Jorge Gonzalez, Emma Eday, Alicia interceding for us all, with “all things beneath his Yale, Sharon Le Berthon, Janet Keene, Trudy feet,” having been given “as head over all things to the Lousen, Margaret Gibbons, Jim Le Berthon, church, which is his body, the fullness of the one who Renee Meyerson, Roxanne Martin, Maryanne fills all things in every way” (Ephesians 1:23) So as his Moses, Patricia Ryan, Dominic Lingua, Thomas body, the Church, we need to be on our feet and ready Hansen, Gary Lucero, Christopher Kramer, to spread the “Good News” to those we meet. Harmon Jones, Rudolph Casillas, Regis Coyle, Bob Spychalsky, Maria Esparza, Bernie Sullivan, This is a challenge to us today. How do you live your William Mulvoy, Andrew Clark, Veronica Ford, faith life? Do others know you are Catholic by the way Travis Winsor, Kevin Tiqui, Kaarel Tanner, Andre you live and interact with others? Are you willing to Hernandez, Marecil Lim, Madeline Doctors, talk about your faith to others when in discussions? Do Diana Nunoz, Diosdado Enriquez, Lydia Alaoria, others know whose you are?? I think in our world today, Kathy Garcia, Cory Luick, Melanie Salinas, there are too many quiet Catholics who practice their Claire McLiam, Mike Delaney, Renee Nankervis, faith, so it doesn’t ruffle other’s feathers. If we really Dan Zimmerman, Diana Munoz, Jane Roach, believe in our faith, we wouldn’t be afraid for others to Richard Mancini, Guillermo Gaetos, Mary Ann know!!! Gaetos, Daniel Alvarez, John Gianelli, Dennis Carroll, Farias family, Robert Akers , Willa Drent, Have a blest week, Bliss Hardaway and Fe Galindo. Sr. Karen Collier, SSL 3
