Children 7oaks Services 7oaks is an education management consultancy incorporated by PPIS in the second quarter of 2016, specialising in the management of Early Childhood Education (ECE) centres and Student Care Centres (SCCs). 7oaks’ expertise covers the full spectrum of running childcare centre operations, finance, human resource management, talent development and marketing, as well as setting up of turnkey centres. Its primary role is to manage the centres on behalf of PPIS. Currently, 7oaks manages seven existing preschool centres and will also be enhancing and expanding its Early Childhood Education services. 17
