 Location

The property is situated in Earlswood, a suburb of the Surrey town of Redhill situated
due south of the town. The site is located on the north-western side of Pendleton Road
and has its own access directly from Cotland Acres which leads off Pendleton Road. The
area around the site is predominantly residential, although the southern side of
Pendleton road and opposite the site is Earlswood Common. The site has residential
