We invite you to come share in our new event based on boutique markets – handmade products, boutique stalls and fresh produce. I include some details and a stall application form. We would love to have you join us. You’ll note, that this year we had to enforce restrictions and cancel our 2020 Festival in order to reasonably protect the health and safety of our patrons, and the fun of Blackbutt Avocado Festival. As a result of the COVID19 restrictions, the committee was looking for a way to support our town, but also to respectfully work within the public health rules. As a result, we have launched the TOP OF THE BLACKBUTT RANGE BAZAAR MARKETS based around a boutique market concept. The parameters for putting on the event have been, how can we compliment other events so that visitors can stay another day while staying true to our values – Showcase Blackbutt, Authentic Country Experience and fun through our Avocado theme. Stall Holders will receive the following support ✓ Festival updates will be sent to each stall holder to keep you informed and part of the action. ✓ Join our STALLHOLDER GROUP on Facebook for latest information updates. ▪ https://www.facebook.com/groups/BBBAvoFest “Blackbutt Boutique Market Stall Holders, Customers News and Info” ✓ Extensive advertising to promote the event and the themed areas. ✓ Set up will be Monday 25 January after midday or the morning of Australia Day. If you require a campsite, please talk to the stall coordinator about alternatives in Blackbutt. ✓ Overnight site security if required. Please find attached an application form to be filled in and returned by 8 January to allow for review by the Committee. As an active participant in the Festival, we would also like to encourage you to let other artisans, local producers, crafts people and gardening enthusiasts know about the stall opportunity and the festival. There is a new section regarding COVID19 and also new terms for refunds, so please ensure that you agree with these before confirming your site. Thank you again for your consideration and support of the Blackbutt Avocado Festival and we look forward to seeing you in Bloomin’ Beautiful Blackbutt, The Gateway to the South Burnett.
