“It is a little out of the way, which helps keep price relatively
lower. It is a bit higher of price than many other apartments, but
(when it's not covid), there are a ton of amenities that are open
to tenants, including a weight room (with dumbbells and
machines, no free weights), a cardio room (with treadmills,
ellipticals, etc.), a decent sized pool, outdoor gathering spaces,
fire pits on timers, grills, a demo kitchen, a conference room, and
a gathering space (with board game tables). Most are usually
fairly available too."
