Central City Action-packed community in the heart of it all ABOUT CENTRAL CITY Central City’s name perfectly describes its location because the neighborhood is located in the heart of the city of Phoenix. Because of its amazing location, the neighborhood is home to museums, stadiums, and marvelous restaurants. Some attractions that are within walking distance are the Arizona Capitol Museum and the Arizona Science Center. There is easy access to public transportation for residents with no cars. Its downtown location may make the neighborhood feel as though it lacks community, but with non-stop activities and entertainment, it's easy to feel at home here. Evans Churchill A walkable up-and-coming community for the younger crowd ABOUT EVANS CHURCHILL Evans Churchill is a small section within the Downtown neighborhood. A bustling commercial and retail district, this section of the city is known for its desirable apartments and popular restaurants. Located just minutes from ASU’s and the U of A’s Downtown campuses, this is another go-to location for the city’s young professionals. With a high concentration of new construction as well as classic buildings, Evans Churchill has a place to fit any budget. The only trade-off for me is that, as a student of ASU Law, the commute is a bit longer than I'd hope for (~25-35 min each way).
