Rittenhouse farmers' market, Schuylkill Walnut Street while not being in the center of the running trail, PATCO is right there . . . love it. craziness. Plus we are within walking distance of public transportation including 10 minutes from the 15/16 street PATCO station. I personally think it is one of the best areas of Philly to live in. 10
