FIESTA DE FRIDA SPRING SUMMER 2021 The EFVVA spring/summer 2021 collection is inspired by the painter Frida Kahlo. The collection includes two stylish RTW, simple enough for everyday use and one Haute Couture, which uses hand-painted fabrics by Ewa Wrobel-Hultqvist, director of the creative home, who is also a professional painter. We chose the main colors of the collection; green, blue, black and fuchsia, referring to the work of Frida Kahlo. In our collection, we also put emphasis on the therapeutic value of art. We want to tell children about how Frida Kahlo coped with her problems by painting. We'll also tell them about acceptance. The materials used in the collection are mainly organic cotton, linen and tulle.

The collections are designed by the founder Ewa Wróbel-Hultqvist, graduated in painting at Academy of Fines Arts in Krakow. The brand was founded inspired by Ewa’s desire of bringing her children closer to art and design, an experience that she personally had while growing up in an artistic family. Presented in two seasons per year, the collections include clothing and shoes designed for children between 0 and 12 years old divided into girls, boys, unisex, layette and haute couture lines. EFFVA cares about the planet and the future of the children living in it; this explains Ewa’s choice of using quality natural materials that respect the environment and human rights. The production and supply chain is 100% transparent, personally followed by Ewa, whose choice was to use only fabrics produced Lodz, Poland, in a family-run printing business. EFVVA is an opportunity for kids to learn about art, colours and life, making them understand how the world works through the use of art and design. EFVVA wants to help develop the kids’ vision of the world, offering knowledge and at the same time teaching them that is possible to make dreams come true. EFVVA featured in several top kids publications such as Vogue, Kikimora, Milk and Hooligans and it is favoured among many fashion icons included by Beyonce’s daughter Blue Ivy, as well as Nick Carter’s son Odin and Kim Kardashian’s children. www.efvva.com
