ABOUT OSEA First launched in 1976, OSEA has since grown to be the most established oil & gas industry event in Asia. The largest of its kind in Asia, OSEA has evolved over 40 years and continues to remain relevant by keeping up with industry needs and delivering content that is most sought after by trade professional. CALL FOR PAPERS OSEA International Conference will return from 27 – 28 November 2018 at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. The Conference will present a host of opportunities for networking and knowledge exchange among industry experts. In 2016, the Conference was attended by over 190 delegates and speakers from over 30 countries. Submission Guidelines: Prospective speakers are to submit an abstract of not more than 300 words, together with a 100 word professional biography. Abstracts and biographies should not exceed the stated length. Abstracts must be prepared for presentation in English. Abstracts must not have extensive coverage or circulation 3 months before and after the OSEA2018 International Conference, such as being presented in previous/upcoming conferences and/or publications. The organiser reserves the right to adapt the information in the submitted abstract for publication in the event’s promotional materials. Prospective speakers must be prepared to make their presentations in English at the OSEA2018 International Conference during the period of 27-28 November 2018. Shortlisted speakers are responsible for their own travel and accommodation. Speakers whose proposed abstracts are selected for presentation will be required to sign a Copyright Form, granting us permission to include the final papers and/or presentation material in the conference proceedings (printed/online). It is strictly the speakers’ responsibility to have obtained any necessary organizational clearance before submission. How to submit? 1. Go to www.osea-asia.com 2. Click on “Conferences” followed by “Call for Papers” 3. Download the abstract submission form, complete the required fields 4. Submit via email to phoenix.teng@ubm.com Notification of acceptance: Selected speakers will be notified by email. The confirmation email will be sent by 21 June 2018. Selected speakers must respond with an acknowledgement within 3 working days to confirm their participation, failing which the initial acceptance may be withdrawn and an alternative notified. Change in speakers must be submitted for approval by the Organiser.
