20 Reporting Scams If you’ve been the victim of an online scam contact the Citizens Advice Scams Action service online or over the phone 0808 2505050. If you’ve been scammed out of money, report it to your bank first. To report fraud contact Action Fraud on 0300 1232040 You can also contact the Police non-emergency (101) or emergency (999) lines if required. Or contact your local Adult Social Care department. Bogus British Gas emails need to be referred to Phishing@centrica.com by the customer or if an employee receives a bogus email they need to report this to Spam@centrica.com. All other incidents can be reported to The Counter Fraud Team via email to Financialcrime@britishgas.co.uk (internal referrals only). 20 Presentation title here
