Application Completion Dates Applications for exchange placements for 1 or 2 semesters (starting FALL 2019) should be complete before Jan. 15, 2019 (at 3 pm) A "complete" application includes the online form and 3 reference letters submitted on the required form by the appropriate deadline. Please do not wait until the last minute to apply For the OBW, ORA, OJA, OIN program (any semester) applications are to be submitted at least 10 days before the usual deadline. Not all destinations are available in every semester, please check the list of Currently Available destinations. ALL students selected to participate in an exchange starting in Fall 2019 must attend all of the following: 1. Outgoing General Orientation 2. Academic Orientation 3. 1-on-1 session in the exchange office General Orientation End of March / beginning of April (exact dates/times/location TBA, usually on a Saturday) Approximately 8 hours Academic Orientation End of March / beginning of APril (exact dates/times/location TBA) Approximately 3 hours 1-on-1 Session If necessary, will occur AFTER selection Approximately 20-30 minutes I understand that I must attend both a General, as well as an Academic orientation session, and failure to do so will result in my position on exchange being revoked.
