2021 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Statewide Children’s Book Drive Participation Form The purpose of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Statewide Children’s Literacy Drive is to collect new or gently used children’s books* for distribution to elementary, middle, and high schools, and to after school programs across the State.
