Introduction Board diversity has long been a topic of concern, yet progress has been much slower than desired. Deloitte recognises that this is a tall order and aims to accelerate progress by rallying our ecosystem of supporting organisations who share a similar vision and ultimately, changing mindsets one at a time. Engage Launched in Singapore in 2016, the Board-ready Women Program is an initiative driven by the Deloitte Singapore Centre for Corporate Governance to prepare senior women executive leaders for board service. Its fourth cohort is launching in January 2022 and we would like to invite you to be part of this by-invitation program, exclusive to a group of 20 women leaders. Empower Comprising four half-day in-person sessions, participants can learn in a peer-to-peer support environment, exchange knowledge, network and engage with like-minded women leaders.
