We need people who: • Love working with people, and enjoy helping people achieve their personal goals • Have excellent written and oral communication skills • Are able to work on their own initiative or as part of a team • Have a genuine desire to learn • Have an ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet strict deadlines • Are highly motivated and well organised • Have a professional work ethic and good relationship management skills Entry Requirements: • Applicants must be aged 18 or over. • Leaving Certificate students must have a grade H5 and above in two higher level subjects together with a minimum of O6/H7 in WHO WE ARE four other subjects. A minimum of grade O6/H7 must be obtained in English. A grade O6/H7 must be obtained in Mathematics. • The programme is also open to students with a QQI level 5 or Level 6 or equivalent. LOOKING FOR • Learners for whom English is not a first language must demonstrate proficiency in English with CEF B2 (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) or recognised equivalent. We are looking for highly-motivated and hardworking individuals looking to kick-start their career in recruitment. The position requires no previous qualifications and is open to school leavers, those already in recruitment or looking to change career.
