Emmanuel shall come to thee, O Israel. CHILDREN’S MOMENT (11:00) INTERCESSORY PRAYER Ukrainian Alleluia Courtney Because of its geographical position and rich natural resources, Ukraine has a history of foreign invasion, occupation, and oppression. It is estimated that more than 25 million Ukrainians were killed during the 20th century due to starvation, war, and the deadliest nuclear accident in history. Christians in particular suffered discrimination, arrest, torture, and even death for the sake of their beliefs. This anthem was borne out of the knowledge of these circumstances. It is a musical portrayal of a quiet voice of faith, praise, and hope, in the midst of suffering and tragedy. THE LORD’S PRAYER Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen. GIVING OF TITHES AND OFFERINGS
