Our Professional Services
Professional Services £835.00
Advice and information regarding Registration of the death.
The personal attention of the Funeral Director and our professional staff.
Arranging a date and time for the Service, according to your instructions.
We will contact the Church, Cemetery or Crematorium and the officiant
who will be conducting the Service, to arrange a mutually convenient date
and time.
Advising on all necessary paperwork and procedures.
Dealing with all necessary paperwork to enable burial or cremation to take
place.
If required, arranging for catering at a venue of your choice following the
Service.
Arranging special musical requests for the Service, such as cds, a soloist
piper or choir, as well as ordering music on the digital Crematorium
systems, if required.
Ordering floral tributes on behalf of the family.
Acceptance and care for floral tributes delivered to our premises prior to
the Service and delivery to a local Hospital or Nursing / Residential Home
after the Service, if required.
Accepting donations for nominated charities in lieu of flowers on your
behalf, providing a list of those who have donated after the Service and
administering funds direct to Charities.
Collection and care of the Ashes in accordance with your wishes.
A complimentary online tribute where donations can be collected.
A complimentary online Funeral Notice.
The administration of offline donations.
Our Charges
Professional Services £835.00
Bringing the deceased into our care
from a local address or local hospital 8.30am - 5.00pm £150.00
(an additional charge of £175 will be made outside of these times)
Care of the deceased before the Funeral £255.00
Chapel visits £45.00
Provision of a Hearse and four attendants
Local Service followed by a local Burial * £490.00
Service at a local Crematorium £490.00
Local Service followed by a local Cremation * £600.00
Service at local Crematorium when additional time booked £600.00
Provision of a Limousine (6 seats)
Local Service followed by a local Burial * £285.00

Oak Ashes Casket

Waiting time for the Limousine (per hour or part thereof) £45.00
* When there is a longer than standard time between the Service and the
Burial or Cremation, 50% extra will be charged
Service at a separate venue immediately before or after Cremation
or Burial including the attendance of a Funeral Director and four bearers £210.00
Attendance of Staff at Thanksgiving Service on a separate occasion £310.00
Arranging Service Sheets (plus cost of Service Sheets) £65.00

Disbursements
Disbursements are payments we make on your behalf to third parties
and are in addition to our Professional Charges and other fees

There is an additional charge for an organist but these Crematoria
have a Digital Music System with many types of music (including
organ music with and without choir backing) included in their price.
Most Crematoria have screens to show Visual Tributes
(for photographs and/or videos), Audio or Visual Recording and Webcasting
so that a Service can be viewed by those unable to attend.
They make an additional charge for the provision of these.
Doctor’s fee for the Cremation Certificate £82.00

The total cost of the Funeral Director’s charges is calculated
by adding the Coffin price (as selected) to the charges for
the Professional Services, Bringing the Deceased into our Care
Provision of the Hearse and all necessary Staff, along with any
other charges which may affect you.
Disbursements are IN ADDITION to Our Charges.
