WHO ARE WE? Progressive Britain is the platform of policymaking, political education, and imaginative thinking to rebuild Labour and the Nation. We have deep roots in the party, developed over 26 years of providing a platform, network, and practical support for mainstream voices in the party. We are currently supporting the thinking and policy development of the Labour front bench, Labour in power across the UK and the next Labour Government.
WHY PARTNER WITH US Progressive Britain has decades of organisational experience of in working within the Labour Party to host engaging events and build meaningful partnerships with those that share our values. Progressive Britain is exclusively focused on building a platform for education, discussion and debate within the Labour Party. Relaunched in 2021 following a merger between Progress and Policy Network, we are a trusted partner of the Party We have an excellent track record of delivery for our event partners and a collaborative approach to working.
OUR REACH Alongside its political influence, Progressive Britain has sizeable social reach and large email distribution list of politcally engaged active and influential subscribers. Partners will benefit from promotion across all of our channels, including live tweeting of the event and distribution via our email newsletter and website. PROGRESSIVE BRITAIN EVENTS Over the last two years, we have run a huge range of events, both online and in person, and have benefited from having high profile speakers from across the party. 2023: A DEFINING YEAR IN POLITICS With opinion polls consistently showing a Labour lead and lingering speculation about an early General Election, the next twelve months will be critical for shaping Labour thinking and priorities. The Labour manifesto for the next election is in development, and whilst key policy themes have been outlined, the detail is still to be defined. The 2023 party conferences will be critical is helping Labour shape the policy platform they will take to the country at the next general election, and which could form the policy programme of the next Government.
LABOUR PARTY CONFERENCE 2023 The 2023 party conference will mark a pivotal point in the electoral calendar, with a general election on the horizon and a chance for the Labour Party to mark out its programme for government. Progressive Britain is looking for a small number of partners to PREPARING FOR POWER support the delivery of fringes that align with key policy areas. OUR THEMES FOR 2023 Our partners will be able to contribute to the event focus, put forward speakers for the events, and have branding and materials available on the day. THE FUTURE OF A NEW ECONOMIC PROGRESSIVE WORK SETTLEMENT CASE FOR PLACE We will also be hosting an evening reception which promises to be one of the events of the conference - more than 300 people attended last year, making it one of the most sought after invitations of conference. FUTURE PROGRESSIVE A PROGRAMME INDUSTRIES REGULATION FOR GOVERNMENT
FRINGES We aim to deliver a first-class experience for our partners, handling all logistics and event management and enabling you to enjoy the event. Partnering with Progressive Britain includes: The opportunity to shape the theme, title and participants in the event The chance to have a representative participate in the discussion Progressive Britain will secure high level politicians and Labour Party influencers to speak Branding at the event, logos on flyers and in the conference programme, the opportunity to distribute collateral (pop up banners to be provided by partner) Acknowledgment of support on invitations, briefing materials and on social media Progressive Britain will handle the logistics, (AV, venue hire, catering etc) Twitter and other social media updates on the events in the run-up, live tweeting of the event, and post event Photography at each event Write up of the event, to be posted on the Progressive Britain blog and disseminated via the newsletter Additionally, we can provide the following services if required (at an additional cost): Live-streaming of the event, with recording made available FEE: STARTING FROM £9,500 (EX VAT)
RECEPTION The Progressive Britain reception on the Sunday evening of conference is one of the highlights of the conference programme. Last year, the event was massively over-subscribed, with a packed audience hearing from senior party figures before drinks and networking. A partnership for this year’s reception will include: Branding at the event, logos on flyers and in the conference programme, the opportunity to distribute collateral (pop up banners to be provided by partner) Progressive Britain will secure high level parliamentarian(s) to speak The opportunity for a representative to make a speech Acknowledgement by speakers of your support A number of spaces at the event Acknowledgment of support on invitations, briefing materials and on social media Progressive Britain will handle the logistics, (AV, venue hire, catering etc) Twitter and other social media updates on the events in the run-up, live tweeting of the event, and post event. Photography at each event FEE: £15,000 (EX VAT)

OTHER PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES We have an exciting programme of work planned for the coming year and running up to the next general election, which will offer partners the opportunity to contribute to the development of a progressive policy platform to shape a future Labour Government. We will be looking for support from select partners to help us deliver this work and can in return provide a platform to build your brand awareness and connections in progressive policy circles. CORPORATE FORUM In early 2023 we will be launching our Corporate Forum, an exclusive membership group for organisations who want to engage in and contribute to progressive policymaking discussions. The Corporate Forum will offer a space for organisations to discuss key issues that will shape the next Labour Government's CORPORATE FORUM BENEFITS policy platform, including high level discussions with senior figures Quarterly roundtables with senior figures from the Party.
