We’ve got it all at Camp La Vida ! SM Each week, missionaries from all over the world will join our campers as they go on an adventure through God’s Word and explore His love for His creation! Campers can try things in camptivities, develop new friendships in their cabins and learn that God has a plan for them as they listen to missionaries and staff. Located just outside of Winnsboro, SC, Camp La Vida was founded to provide children and youth with a place for new experiences while learning about God and His love for the world. CAMPTIVITIES Enjoy a summer filled with your favorite camptivities that you choose! The fun is never-ending with choices like swimming, rock wall, baking, puppetry, archery, canoeing, guitar, and more! Campers choose camptivities on the first day of camp. How Do I Register? Camp Dates & Rates WEEK CAMPS Looking to fill your summer with as many missionary stories, camptivities, new friends, and memories as possible? Attend one of our week camps to experience as much of camp as you can! Girls who have completed 3rd-12th grade in Spring 2021 June 7-11 | June 14-18 | June 28-July 2 July 19-23** | July 26-30 MINICAMPS If you are wanting to experience what Camp La Vida is all about, a minicamp is a great introduction to camp life, while still leaving you with plenty of new memories and experiences! Staying in Touch Parent Liaison Parents can leave their children at camp with peace of mind. At registration, the Parent Liaison will be available to meet with parents to arrange a preferred type of communication for an update by the Liaison. Bunk 1 There is no need to wait for snail mail to arrive while your camper is away. In partnership with Bunk 1, parents can send notes to their children and even receive handwritten responses! More information will be included in your camper packets after you have registered. Mother/Daughter Overnights & Minicamps There are three Mother Daughter Overnights (1st-3rd grades completed) offered. There is also a Mother/Daughter Minicamp (1st-3rd grades completed) which is two nights. These camps enable participants to experience camp together so that mothers can help campers adjust to camp life. The Bridge (supervised camp between M/D Minicamp and Minicamp) offers 2nd-3rd graders a way to extend their camp experience independently by staying two more days, with the same cabin leader and cabin mates. June 21-23 & June 23-25 | Monday - Friday | $265 GA Leader Track Get Prepared for the New Church Year with GA Training at Camp! Now Girls in Action (GA) leaders can come to camp. While campers participate in the traditional camp program, GA leaders will have a great time learning alongside other leaders, experiencing the great outdoors, and preparing for the new church year. No minimum campers required for GA leaders to attend. Background check is required (included in registration cost).
